Steve Ashe, Vice President of Benefit Consulting, leads the account management team at HORAN by leading the development of the strategic delivery of employee benefit programs. His goal is to develop benefit packages that create equitable strategies for both employers and employees—enhancing employee retention and recruitment as well as containing long-term cost increases. Steve is passionate about working with people, helping companies create a robust benefits package to offer their employees and saving companies money which allows them to re-invest in their company and their people.
