Julie Highley

Julie Highley leads HORAN’s Emerging Business Advisors. Julie’s goal as the head of the Small and Emerging Business practice is to help small businesses thrive and grow in an competitive environment. With this goal in mind, Julie initiates strategic planning with employers to design a benefit package to match their needs. Julie assists employers in placing decisions back in the employees’ hands to create an environment that promotes employee engagement in their health care decisions. Her industry experience since 1987 and responsibility to lead HORAN Emerging Business Advisors practice positions Julie as an integral partner in the community.
