Here’s how you can watch Wellness Wednesday!
WATCH LIVE (Mobile)
Step One: Follow HORAN on Instagram any time between now and October 28 @HORAN1948.
Step Two: Open your Instagram App on your mobile device around 11ap.m. EST each Wednesday. If you follow us @HORAN1948 you should receive a push notification letting you know when we start the live video.
Step Three: Once our live video has started, a colorful ring and the word “Live” will appear around HORAN’s profile picture at the top of your feed. Tap or click our profile picture to view the live video.
Step Four: While viewing our live video, you can leave comments, like and share it. Tap “Comment” at the bottom of the screen to ask a question or leave a comment, and the heart icon to like our video. Anyone who's viewing the video can see when you like or comment.
WATCH LIVE (Desktop)
Step One: Type in www.instagram.com into your internet browser around 11a.m. EST each Wednesday.
Step Two: Log in by using either your Instagram username and password OR your Facebook username and password.
Step Three: Type in @HORAN1948 into the search bar at the top of the page; this will take you to HORAN’s Instagram profile. Don’t forget to follow us!
Step Four: Once our Live video has started, a colorful ring and the word Live will appear around HORAN’s profile picture. Tap or click our profile picture to view the live video.
Step Five: While viewing our live video, you can leave comments. Click “Add a Comment” at the bottom right of the screen to ask a question or leave a comment. Anyone who's viewing the video can see when you comment.
Don’t have an Instagram profile, but want to make one?
To create an Instagram account from the app:
· Download the Instagram app from the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play Store (Android).
· Once the app is installed, tap the Instagram icon (show image) to open it.
· Tap Sign Up With Email or Phone Number (Android) or Create New Account (iPhone), then enter your email address or phone number (which will require a confirmation code) and tap Next. You can also tap Log in with Facebook to sign up with your Facebook account.
· If you register with your email or phone number, create a username and password, fill out your profile info and then tap Next. If you register with Facebook, you'll be prompted to log into your Facebook account if you're currently logged out.
To create an Instagram account from a computer:
· Go to instagram.com.
· Click Sign up, enter your email address, create a username and password or click Log in with Facebook to sign up with your Facebook account.
· If you register with an email, click Sign up. If you register with Facebook, you'll be prompted to log into your Facebook account if you're currently logged out.
· If you sign up with email, make sure you enter your email address correctly and choose an email address that only you can access. If you log out and forget your password, you'll need to be able to access your email to get back into your Instagram account.
