In our most recent educational seminar, we invited a panelist group to discuss the ever-evolving topic of absence management and its current effect on the workplace. Our panelist group consisted of carrier attorney. and client perspectives with an impressive 50+ years of absence management experience.
Talent turnover and scarcity will remain a risk for companies. Voluntary turnover is expected to reach 35% in 2023, according to research from Work Institute. But, 3 out of 4 employees will stay at their current company if there was a significant increase in paid time off, vacation and sick days and disability - according to the Lincoln Financial 2022 Wellness@Work Study.
A special thank you to our brilliant panelists for their insight and advice regarding absence management (L-R):
Teri Dehner, CLMS from SunLife, Leah Brown, CCP from Phillips Edison & Company, Monte Steen from Reliance Matrix, Chuck Chronis, CEBS, CLU, CPCU from Lincoln Financial Group, Lee Geiger from Bricker Graydon, and Stephanie Moman, CPBS from HORAN.
