Bio
Nicolas E. Lance, Chief Operating Officer (COO,) is responsible for the continued growth of HORAN and providing support to the enterprise's group health, employee benefits, wealth management, life insurance and retirement practices. He brings 30 years of insurance and financial services experience, including serving in leadership roles at several global organizations. As part of the HORAN leadership team, he oversees strategy, operations, technology, compliance, human resources, marketing and communications. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in French and Economics from the University of Rhode Island, a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) in International Business from George Washington University and Executive Certificate in Retirement Planning from the Wharton School. He has a Retirement Management Analyst (RMA®) designation and obtained FINRA registrations series 6, 7, 24, 26 and 66.
